Pre- Engineered Modular Buildings :

The modular fiber glass building system is available in 6 model widths of 8’, 10’, 12’, 14', 16’, & 20’. Lengths start at 4’ and increase in 4’ increments. Standard panel height is 9’, custom panel heights are available up to 15’ high.

Virtually Maintenance Free:

There is virtually no maintenance to the fiberglass building shell. Since fiberglass is non corrosive and chemical resistant there is no potential for rust or rot and no need to ever paint the structure. If a panel is ever damaged, fiberglass is easy to repair. We offer repair kits complete with instructions and a customer support line. In the worst case scenario with a badly damaged panel the whole component can be removed and new one installed.

Modular Design:

The modular component design of the product supports a variety of widths, lengths and heights of building configurations. Being a component based building system it is easy to expand an existing building by simply adding the necessary components to get the new building length. This allows the client to buy a building that fits their budget one year and add onto the building as their budget allows. No existing components are wasted.

Pre-engineered:

The building components are engineered by a third party company to meet the requirements of the building codes in North America. Engineer data is available upon request.

Building Codes:

The building system meets the requirements of the Universal Building Code for approved plastics for construction materials.

Minimal Site Preparation:

The building system requires very little site preparation in most cases. The components are designed to strengthen one another as they are fastened together. Once the shell is complete the building bears its weight very evenly around its footprint. This makes the requirements of the base of floor of the structure very simple. Small buildings and medium size buildings often do not require any preparation just a level place to put the building. Larger buildings can be easily anchored onto concrete, wood or even asphalt surfaces.

Quick Assembly Time:

Due to the minimum number of components in the building system and the minimal site preparation, RM buildings require less man hours to assemble than building systems of comparable size. The ease of assembly also allows the end user to assemble the building kits themselves. We provides a detailed assembly manual and a toll free customer support line.

Minimum Amount of Assembly Equipment Required:

Most buildings require a minimal amount of tools for assembly.

Easy Handling:

The light weight and ability to stack the components into one another, allows the component kits to be shipped economically.

Portable:

Smaller units are easily transported assembled and can be relocated at will by the customer. Standard roll off trucks are commonly available in any location and can easily handle buildings up to 20’ in length.
