Dr. Maya has over 25 years of experience in executive and engineering management, business development, and entrepreneurial activities. In addition to holding a Ph.D. in nuclear engineering, he also has 10 inventions in the chemical engineering, electronics, medical, and nuclear fields, and over 100 refereed journal publications and technical reports. Dr Maya has extensive experience in interdisciplinary business development in the government and commercial sectors, ranging in scope from information technologies and systems to advanced nuclear power systems to start-up business management and operations.

Alex Diaz, an ex-silicon valley entrepreneur that has focused in automation and implementation of complex mechanical, electrical and internet solutions. As the founder of Aqua Polar, he has architected the implementation of ice and water vending systems, super chilling technology and remote payments via RFID methodology. Alex travels extensively around the globe seeking new opportunities for the expansion of Aqua Polar Inc. Alex Diaz has several patents and a degree in Computer Science from UCLA.

Dr. Roberto Rojas, Ph.D., MBA, MS

Dr. Rojas has over 28 years of experience in value creation practices, with an emphasis in Manufacturing, business process improvement, shareholder value creation, lean manufacturing and turnaround services across AquaPolar Practices. Dr Rojas has a Ph.D. in Mathematics, a Master in Business Administration and extensive experience as a business founder, management consultant and international executive, including with McKinsey & Co., Gruma Corp. Dr. Rojas is fluent in English, Spanish and German.

Alex Mendoza, MBA

Mr. Mendoza is a private equity investor and operating business executive with 30 years of experience with a broad range of emerging growth and mature stage companies in various industries. He has acquired extensive knowledge in electric power generation, infrastructure technology, food manufacturing and retail, biotechnology, and real estate. Mr. Mendoza received an MBA from Cornell University, Ithaca, NY, and a BS degree in Management Science from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
