Our qualified
technicians will give full maintenance to all ice and water vending machines in your area. Our prevention
system will alert our technicians via cellular/wireless systems to prevent issues.
Our 24-hour monitoring unit will be able to dispatch a technician within a reasonable
amount of time to address any issues with the water vending machine or water store
equipment.
Before
any machines get out of our manufacturing site, a unique identifier gets place
on the machine. This identifier enables us to see in detail all the components
of the machine via our technical support page. We can tell you in detail every
part number in the machine and the status of the components if the machine is
equipped with our Remote Internet System.
Our
technicians can remotely identify issues as part replacements base on the machine
usage and alerts from the internal electronic board.
